Circulation Rules & Policy
- Identity Card: Valid college digital identity card must be presented for library entry and checkout.
- Undergraduate Students: Eligible to borrow up to 3 books simultaneously for a period of 14 calendar days.
- Faculty & Research: Eligible to borrow up to 6 books for a period of 30 calendar days.
- Overdue Fine: Late return charges are applied at ₹2 per volume per calendar day.
- Reference Books: Dictionaries, encyclopedias, and non-circulating volumes must be consulted inside the reading room only.
